New Lanark World Heritage Site is a beautifully restored 18th century cotton mill village in Southern Scotland, close to the Falls of Clyde and around an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
New Lanark boasts an award-winning Visitor Centre & Hotel in the village, which is one of Scotland's top attractions, welcoming over 400,000 visitors every year from all over the world.
The fascinating history of the village is brought back to life in the Visitor Centre, where you can explore all the attractions with a passport ticket. One highlight of your visit will be the fascinating 'Annie McLeod Experience', where the ghost of a mill girl appears and takes you on a Disney-style ride through the streets of old New Lanark.
