Huntly Falconry provides visitors with the opportunity to see birds of prey up close. Whether you’re an avid photographer, a corporate group, bird enthusiast or curious visitor, the centre caters for you. Open seven days a week from Easter to October, owls, hawks, falcons and eagles can be observed flying during demonstrations and onlookers are invited to take part. Falconry tuition is available to those interested in taking the next step in the bird of prey experience and the centre hosts exciting, bespoke events throughout the year. Fully accessible to wheelchairs, the centre also has a gift shop so you can pick up some souvenirs, a cafe serving drinks and sandwiches and a picnic area provided for those who wish to bring their own refreshments. The Huntly Falconry Centre was one of the first centres of its kind in Scotland and a provides a great day out for all ages.

I must admit that when we arrived I was sceptical that we could spend a day here, but how wrong I was. The four of us had a fantastic tome watching the birds, taking part in the flying demonstrations and eating cake in the cafe. Top marks in value and overall experience during our visit. We'll be back next year!!
