Within the beautiful interior of The Boat House is The Cocktail Bar.  Customers can enter from the cobbled High Street into the warm, lively atmosphere of the bar.  There is a stunning view of the Great Forth Railway Bridge, shimmering in the river’s waters, to take in and the bar’s is clean and modern, with contemporary lighting and green and purple detailing around the walls.  You can try a vast array of drinks here as you sit at the wooden tables, including temptations like the Socialites Delight, a fizzy combination of Finlandia Cranberry vodka with rich orange hints of Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice and a spiced elixir, or their very own Boat House cocktail made with Scotland’s own Caurunn gin, with subtle flavours of heather honey and dandelions, matched perfectly with kiwi fruit and the essence of rhubarb.
