Based in the heart of Leith, ten minutes from Princes Street in the vibrant centre of Edinburgh, The Vintners Rooms restaurant is found in the historic Vaults in Giles Street in the old wine and whisky merchant’s auction room.  Widely regarded as having one of Edinburgh’s most elegant restaurant dining areas with candlelight and intricate plasterwork work, The Vintner’s Rooms is the perfect place to enjoy lunch, dinner or a whisky after a long day of shopping or sight-seeing.  Open Tuesday to Saturday, the Set Lunch Menu is served from 12pm (a la carte available on request) or if you want , you can enjoy the irresistable Dinner Menu in the candlelit dining room from 7pm to 10pm.
The menu boasts an array of mouthwatering dishes, including delights like Pork Belly with Cucumber Pickle and Chilli Caramel or Seared Cod with Crispy Polenta, Mussel and Vegetables Fricasse.  All dishes are painstakingly prepared with only the best quality produce by Chef David Spanner, and having previously been voted Best Edinburgh Restaurant by The List, you can be sure your meal will be unforgettable .
