Situated in Euro Hostel, just a couple of hundred yards from Glasgow Central Station, Osmosis is a vibrant, buzzing bar that plays host to some of Glasgow’s most cosmopolitan crowds. With streams of back-packers, concert-goers, and hen & stag parties from the adjoining Euro Hostel, it’s no wonder Osmosis is home to such an exotic bunch, although the complimentary WiFi, free jukebox, and free pool (between 12 and 5pm), means Osmosis appeals to Glasgow natives as well. Spacious and comfortable, with cheap prices, daily specials and regular guest DJs, Osmosis is the ideal starting point for a Glasgow pub crawl, while the huge TV makes it a unique, lively venue for big sporting events, with the international clientele often adopting (good-natured) faux partisanship for Scotland’s fiercely contested Old Firm games and rugby matches.
