I don't normally go to a salon and have trusted a friend with my hair for about 3 years. I decided to treat myself and book in for a colour, 12:30 at the salon. He rang back later saying he was running late and to book for 1, inconvenient but okay. I was going for the major trend of 2010/11 ombre, fading of brown to blonde tips, like a natural root growth. I showed graham a picture, and said i wanted a chocolate brown base with caramel tips. My hair was black and there was little blonde. While he was doing my hair he tried to cancel an appointment with a loyal customer by pretending he was sick. I paid £80 and will never go back. Unprofessional and unwilling to accept he had done a shawdy job.
