Based on Farmeloan Road in Rutherglen, Inkzone Tattoo Studio was established in 2005 and is run by Craig MacKinnon, a tattoo artist with nine years of experience and know-how. The studio has recently enjoyed a renovation; customers can now wait for their appointments in the bright, red tattoo parlour. Lining the walls inside are hundreds of ideas available to have tattooed, and there are names, scrolls and ladies designs to choose from, as well as tribal and Japanese patterns, all available in both black and coloured ink. Inkzone can even have your pet or child’s portraits tattooed perfectly, or if none of these take your fancy, they will happily tattoo your very own design. Inkzone can also cover-up or rework your old tattoos, and now offer laser tattoo removal using Q-switched lasers to get rid of any unwanted designs you may have. The fully licensed studio is open from 11am to 5.30pm Monday through to Sunday, staying open until 7pm on Thursday evenings.
