Pure Nightclub
Pure Nightclub is one of the most exciting new venues to hit Manchester in a long time and has become one of the most popular destinations for Manchester clubbers in a very short time. The whopping 2,600 capacity venue in the Printworks has put its money where its mouth is with a £300k function sound system - more than enough to cover the main room. There are two clubrooms with a chillout bar, VIP and V-VIP area - all in all it’s a good looking place! The Pure Sessions bar next door provides the pre-club drinks. There is also a members bar (The Island Bar) within the club - it looks pretty swanky to say the least! Saturday nights at the Pure superclub are all about fun - and their music policy reflects that with a blend of dance music in one room, whilst the second plays 70s, 80s and 90s favourites. Saturdays at Pure were traditionally all about commercial dance and party music, but now they’ve introduced the R’n’ B boutique with Jam & Friends. The main room residents are Kriss Knight and Carl Kennedy, who play dance and r’n’b, and Small Paul takes over in the function room with a mixture of chart and party hits. One of the new student nights in The Printworks, Aquapop has seen thousands of people flood into Pure’s doors! Funky house, dance, indie or chart, whatever you’re into Aquapop plays it. There’s a theme each week so check out Pure’s home website to see what it is this week... Another popular student night is Wednesday’s Roller disco. The dress code is 70’s and 80’s retro, so now! Grab a vodka roller cola for £1.50, there are crazy drinks promotions all night, and 600 pairs of roller skates for hire, so get on your skates!
