Bacchanalia is the Greek term for people gathering to eat, drink and celebrate, traditionally Bacchus, God of wine. The restaurant is just off King Street, the location providing the perfect ambience for the perfect meal. Bacchanalia is well situated for shoppers and the business community alike, metamorphosing into a busy night-time venue for drinkers and diners. The swish restaurant with open plan kitchen serves up a menu based on Mediterranean English dishes, given a modern twist. The chefs strive to come up with ten specials every day, which will reflect seasonal trends in local produce. Sometimes you will even be able to eat fresh fish caught by the chefs!Downstairs is a bar, with the staff serving cocktails and wines that would make Bacchus proud. Upstairs is the function room, the Amphitheatre, available for private hire.
