Harpers has been in the centre of Manchester for over 24 years, and has just had a refurbishment; so it’s out with old and in with the new. They are still a fine dining restaurant but now with even more to offer, including an extensive Tapas menu, and draught San Miguel on the menu to wash it down, welcoming people all day. But as ever the welcome, service and value for money never changes, which is highlighted by the regular customers they have had over the years, being a favourite of many a local celeb as well as being restaurant of choice for local business folk and hungry shoppers. It’s a welcoming all inclusive eating venue with extremely friendly waiters, ideal for a light lunch, a family gathering or a full business meal. The special pre theatre menu from 4 pm is especially outstanding value for money.
