Whether it be a Saturday or a wednesday the table is yours for the evening providing you with a comfortable and relaxing experience. I myself have worked in France for two years running a team of French chefs in a Michelin starred chateau and also as a senior chef at gordon ramsay's “petrus” restaurant, from there I realised I had to put my name on the map, so I returned to Lancashire with the desire to establish a team which would be able to present to the region a dining experience that exceeds all expectations……
