To enjoy the full flavors and taste of Gateway of India at its best, it’s recommended that you heat and eat fresh, but as an alternative, the food is suitable for home freezing too. Vegetarians are well catered for at the Pantbach Road takeaway; chefs use separate cooking pots for preparing vegetarian dishes to prevent cross-contamination between meat and vegetarian foods. They also use quality vegetable oil in preparation of all dishes.
