Quick trip to the area house hunting and found this place. We had the two course fixed price meal. Lots of lovely options, superb value and really nice food! Tom had the ham hock terrine and I chose portobello mushroom stuffed with sun-dried tomato and goats cheese. We both had chicken breast stuffed with black pudding for mains. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Nicely situated on the river waterfront in Ayr. Usual meal options such as burgers, steaks. fish & chips etc, but also interesting options e.g. haggis, neeps and tattooed timbale as a starter, west coast scallops. The standard of the food was good, as was service.
