At Kingsbarns Distillery, you can learn all about Scotland's favourite tipple. Find out about the history of this newly renovated centre and enjoy a dram or two as part of the tasting experience. You can book a guided tour in advance or turn up on the day, with tours running frequently throughout the year. There are many to choose from, of varying lengths, with expert guides to lead the groups. If you're a gin fan, why not sign up to the ‘Distil Your Own Experience’ – a two-and-a-half hour opportunity to create your own botanical recipe, and learn more about how to use a mini copper pot still. Afterwards, you can take home your very own gin as a memento of your time at the distillery. If you aren’t able to stay for a tour and browse the exhibition, why not pop into the shop where you can pick up gifts including flavoured whiskeys, glasses, hip flasks, gift vouchers and even purchase some of Kingsbarns’ branded clothing.

A really interesting and informative tour last July with brilliant displays. Brought Gin and Gin production to life for us and our teenage granddaughter. Tasted 3 gins loved them all my favourite just now is the Original...love the elderberry. We were lucky a tour for the 3 of us made us feel very special.

Popped by on our way back from St Andrews while on a week's holiday in Fife. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. As it is a new and small distillery you get to see everything first hand and get to understand the whole process. It is a beautiful visitor's centre! Most definitely worth a visit and we will be back for the real Whisky sometime in the future. Hoping Kingsbarns will do very well!
