A ‘soul food’ revival is taking place within the
Southern United States at the moment, and
Sebastian Lord and Richard Parfitt are bringing it
to Aberdeen at Maggie’s Grill. They both have a
huge passion for this style of cuisine, and hope you
will too. Dishes will include southern fried chicken,
smoked pulled pork, Cajun blackened salmon, and
more. Exciting daily specials will let us all enjoy
and learn about a style of cooking that focuses of
texture, taste and succulence. Emphasis is made
on marinating, smoking, curing, barbequing, and
serving it up with a load of love and soul. All produce
comes from only the best local butchers, bakers,
cheese, fish and vegetable suppliers, and cooked
fresh to order with loads of love and gratitude for
your custom. In-fact almost every ingredient has
been hand-picked, keeping to their motto which
they have lived by since opening 6 years ago: field
to fork, and made with soul.
