awarded three Michelin stars,
Marco Pierre White is a name

Indigo, the luxurious boutique
hotel on Chapel Street, the
intimate restaurant serves
delicious, well-presented food
that reflects the quality one
typically associates with the

MPW’s signature dishes stand
out on the menu, including his
legendary fish pie and pork
belly speciality. The steaks,
meanwhile, are some of the
finest in the North West. Aged
for 28 days, each steak is
garnished with a grilled tomato
