dishes
include
lip-smacking
Persian lamb stew with lemony
split peas, roasted aubergine and
basmati rice. Alternatively, enjoy
a traditional French casserole of
smoked pork, ham, sausage and
beans, topped with confit duck leg.
As well as their retail and restaurant
operation, Delifonseca hosts
special food evenings, including
the monthly Spice Clubs and a
range of cookery demonstrations
conducted by head chef Martin
Cooper. This exceptional little
