Matou is notable for many

terminal; it offers panoramic

label, incidentally, Pan Asian
generally encompasses a
number of regions including
Japan, China and Korea:
Matou therefore makes a
good choice if you’re craving
a starter from one region but a
main from another. The glass-
fronted Pier Head venue lets
diners enjoys their meal on a
spacious terrace overlooking
the Liver Buildings, but whether
you eat inside or out, you’re
sure to enjoy the creative menu
and attentive service. Open for
lunch and dinner, Matou offers
well-portioned options such
as skewered Korean chicken,
complemented by red chilli
paste and teriyaki sauce, and
