furnishings, a curvilinear bar

San Carlo has outposts in five

opened its doors in Birmingham

When it’s time to order, choose
from a selection of antipasti,
including Marinata Di Verdure
‘Alla Griglia’ – chargrilled
aubergines, peppers and
courgettes
marinated
in
extra virgin oil, fresh mint,
chilli and garlic, served with
parsley and mozzarella. Main
courses, meanwhile, include
such favourites as Garganelli
salsiccia and porcini, penne
all’arrabiata and escalopes of
veal cooked in mustard seeds,
brandy
and
mushrooms.
