Bhaile’s team of creative bakers and dedicated
foodies focuses on locally-sourced, high-quality
fresh, seasonal ingredients, to create exquisite
products with a delicate touch and a European Twist.
We love bringing new and exciting products out on
our shelves and our customers love discovering
what’s in store daily! And the best part? Everything
is made right here in Ayr, from scratch, by our
hands! Flour. Water. Salt. That’s all that goes into
our Signature Sourdough! We start with beautiful,
stoneground flour, add flaky sea salt and Scottish
water, mix it ‘till the dough just comes together and
then let nature and time take its course. About 30
long hours later, the Bhaile loaf is born! The slow
fermentation process produces bread, that is full of
flavour and character. Bread that is good for you
and with great keeping qualities. Real bread should
not be just an occasional indulgence, for us, it’s an
everyday must!
