Atrium Bar & Brasserie
Whether it’s a light bite or a full three-course meal
you’re after, you’ll find it in the Atrium Brasserie. The
hotel restaurant serves freshly prepared food using
locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Open
every day to residents and nonresidents, the Atrium
is the ideal place for a lunch or dinner with colleagues,
friends or family. The bustling bar and brasserie
serves everything from a late breakfast through to
afternoon tea and an extensive dinner menu. It also
has a well stocked bar with a friendly atmosphere
serving drinks and light refreshments from 10am
until 11pm that’s ideal for informal get-togethers or
pre-dinner drinks. The bar is one of the only places
outside the vineyard that offers Tour De Belfort
award-winning wine. Combining traditional British
fare with contemporary re-imaginings, the restaurant
is a celebration of locally sourced ingredients that
also showcases the very best of its chefs’ talents. If
you’re planning on dinner, try starting with the Black
Pudding Croquette served with Pear Puree and Red
Wine Glaze. For main course, take your pick from
such mouth-watering options as Goats Cheese &
Herb Crusted Rack of Spring Lamb or Crab Potato
Cake, Fennel Puree, Roast Vine Tomatoes, Lemon
& Chervil Butter Sauce. If you’ve room for dessert,
there’s no shortage of tempting options, from the
Rhubarb and Custard Mille Feuille to an indulgent
Deconstructed Tiramisu. If you just fancy a hot
drink, however, the cappuccinos and lattes are as
light and airy as the brasserie itself. The teas are all
freshly brewed with home-made biscuits or scones,
or crumpets in winter. For a taste of the sea, dive
into the blackened monkfish, tiger prawns and pan
fried trout fillet with saffron new potatoes and sea
vegetables. Delicious. In the bar, you can enjoy a
glass of wine or a pint of real ale whenever you like.
Then, after a meal, what better way to unwind than
with a liqueur, brandy or coffee?
