oldest pasta makers in Italy, and the cured meats
from two family-run charcuteries in the north and

Pizzas are inspired by the traditional pizzas of Rome
and made with a blend of traditional and sourdough
to give a more rustic flavour and artisan feel. The
pasta’s equally good, including carbonara made with
a rich, creamy sauce, with leeks, pecorino cheese
and topped with crispy pancetta and black pepper
