at the helm of the kitchen
for 18 years now, designing
dishes that are highly inventive
and packed with flavour.
The seafood in particular,
caught and delivered daily by
fishermen on the West Coast,

House welcomes businessmen
to their conference facilities:
the library doubles as a grand
meeting room, while the Red
Lounge can accommodate
