Tea Time
It’s always teatime at Tea Time. The cheery little tea
shop offers a variety of coffee and tea to complement
their wide range of baking products that will prove
tempting whatever time of day you pop in. With table
service and walk-ins welcome, Tea Time is a cheerful
coffee shop that serves breakfasts, lunches and
snacks from its Hyndford Place premises. Delivery
is available to local offices and catering options are
provided,. Open from 10am-5pmMonday to Saturday,
Tea Time does some epic homemade grub, including
a lip-smackingly good chicken satay soup. The
sandwiches are pretty special too: try a warm soda
scone with smoked salmon cream cheese and lemon
rocket salad or sink your teeth into the turkey stuffing
and cranberry toasted roll. Other homemade soups
include mushroom; creamy chicken; and tomato
and chorizo, while daily specials such as chicken,
bacon and pepper pasta bake ensure there’s always
something new to try at Tea Time.

The Wallace Tea Rooms
The Wallace Tea Rooms is a spacious new
establishment in the Royal Burgh of Lanark where
all food is prepared fresh on the premises daily,
using Scottish and local produce where possible.
Peruse the menu that’s filled to overflowing with a
lovely home baking selection and a range of Fair
Trade tea and coffee tea. The cakes and pastries
are freshly made every day; check out the chill
cabinet to discover the latest delicacies that are
vying for your affection. With free WiFi and a warm
welcome as standard, The Wallace Tea Rooms is
perfect for those catch-up moments with friends
over coffee or for business get-togethers. An
outside catering menu is also available, featuring
an array of tempting cakes and savouries
including quiche lorraine, sticky chicken wings
with sour cream, cheese and bacon scones,
chocolate tiffin and carrot cake with cream cheese
filling. Delicious.
