AQUATEC
Aquatec Motherwell is a
free form leisure pool where
families can have fun in a
safe, supervised environment.
The pool ranges from 0m at
the beach area to 1.2m at its
deepest point and is equipped
with a flume, a spa bath, two
water cannons, a waterbed area,
geysers, bubblers, wild water
channel and a linked outdoor
pool and fun pool. In December
2014 the Aquatec celebrated
its 25th year with a makeover
and significant refurbishment.
It’s now graced by a new gym
equipped with the latest Star
Trac cardiovascular and fixed
strength equipment plus an
extended free weights area by
Cybex International. A brand
new functional zone, including
battle ropes, TRX, powerbags
and a functional frame, offer
a unique and exciting way to
work out in a group environment
or by yourself. Thanks to its
flume, spa bath, geysers, linked
outdoor pool and children’s fun
pool, there’s enough happening
at Aquatec to keep the kids
occupied for hours, while adults
can relax in the health suite after
their workout. For family time or
purely to focus on your fitness,
the Aquatec Motherwell has
something to offer everyone.
