Sunday from 11am to 10:30pm

Your initial impressions upon
entering La Cucina may be
that it’s surprisingly small, but
appearances can be deceptive.
The intimate area at the front
of the restaurant gives way
to a large vibrant area at the
back. Here, there’s a distinct
Italian vibe with the buzz
of conversation mixed with
the open plan cooking area
decorated with an assortment
of bowls filled with brightly
coloured
Mediterranean
vegetables. Pull up a seat
and order warm schiacciatella
straight from the oven or
spaghetti con le sarde – simple
