Trafford Golf Centre

Trafford Golf Centre claims to be the leading facility of its kind in the North of England, and on the evidence, you’d be hard pushed to argue. Whether you’re looking to play the beautiful game for the first time, or simply sharpen up ahead of a major tournament, this is the place for you. The first-rate floodlit driving range comprises 57 undercover bays, as well as 32 heated upper-tier bays. What’s more, four state-of-the-art teaching bays are equipped with slowmotion video analysis, allowing you to eliminate those kinks in your drive game. Think your swing’s perfect? Take a look at the footage and try again. Refreshingly, the Trafford Golf Centre has spared no expense when it comes to golfing technology; the golf ball tracking device helps you locate your ball, especially useful after a particularly wayward drive! If your short game needs honing, head to the chipping/putting green, complete with real sand bunker, to make the necessary adjustments. Perhaps you’re interested in one-on-one tuition long-term? If so, you’ll be glad to know The Trafford Golf Centre offers a variety of coaching programmes, designed to suit all levels. Love golf? Love Trafford Golf Centre

Friendly staff, very clean, and a good practice range set up.

8 quid for 100 balls, nice bays on 2 levels. Fully flood lit and automatic ball tee. 3 quid to rent a driver and an Iron. Very reasonable, great pro shop and great little café.

Great split level driving range, well floodlit. Could do with a few more beer options in the bar, but then again, it has a bar, so that's good.
