Hummingbird, which bills itself as ‘a fantasy escape’, is a sprawling bar, restaurant and venue situated on Glasgow’s Bath Street. This expansive venue also manages to squeeze in a nightclub and a selection of party pods and ‘secret corners to discover’, laid out across four floors. The Main Bar is a friendly spot in which to enjoy a cold beer or a sparkling cocktail during the week. I'm a fan of hummingbird. Trawled a few other places on Bath Street looking for it. No wait at the bar and friendly accommodating bar staff. Asked for an espresso martini which isn't on their menu and barman kindly obliged.
