Hooked Seafood Restaurant, situated in the picturesque Lake District town of Windermere, opened its doors in November 2010. Striving to serve the freshest and tastiest seafood, flavours and influences are taken from as far afield as the Mediterranean, South East Asia  and Australasia. This little bistro has really made its mark thanks to the first-class fish and seafood it serves up. The menu changes daily depending on availability of produce with four different suppliers from Hartlepool, Manchester, Fleetwood and Cornwall being used. The Head Chef along with his team of skilled kitchen staff creates delicious dishes based on the freshest and finest catches available. Look out for the local specialities, especially Morecambe Bay shrimps and local rainbow trout. A range of favourite desserts are also on offer to round off your meal. It’s a popular spot so reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. With owner Michael Gould and Chef Paul White offering such delectable dishes, Hooked Seafood Restaurant has certainly won a place on the Cumbrian epicurean map.
