A brand spanking new pizza restaurant in Liverpool's Bold Street, Crust push the boundaries with their creative Italian classics, starting with pizza. They offer a range of different options for your dining pleasure: simply sit back and relax with a hot slice and a cold beer. Start the day with a Crust Breakfast which comprises two free-range poached eggs served with pancetta on toasted sliced bread and homemade hollandaise sauce. Evenings are all about the pizza including the Crust Original, made on-site from a slow rising sourdough (minimum 48 hours) and baked in a wood-fired Marana Farni oven. This process locks in the flour’s natural aroma and moisture giving a soft and easily digestible Neapolitan pizza. Short of catching the next budget flight to Milan, Crust is about an authentic a slice of Italy as you’re likely to get.

Just dropped by today for a quick lunch while shopping! Served by Ryan, very friendly service, recommended the chicken cesar salad (was amazing) and had a lovely mango and passion fruit lemonade, so refreshing! Will be back for sure!

Great pizzas, friendly staff. A1 experience. Such great dough, lovely tomato sauce and quality toppings. A little bit soggy in the middle because of too much toppings and sauce but still tasted amazing. Garlic focaccia was brilliant as well. Quick efficient service, will definitely be back next time we’re in Liverpool, some of the best pizza you will have in this country, can see why they won national pizza award recently.
