La Lanterna West End opened its doors in the summer of 2017. Co-owners Chris (General Manager) and Luca Conreno (Head Chef) added this second restaurant to the La Lanterna portfolio, expanding from the City Centre to the West End. The opening of the second restaurant heralded the arrival of a fresh dining experience to the West End, bringing with it the much-loved La Lanterna warmth, style of service and, of course, authentic Italian cooking honed from decades of experience. We hope that every diner that comes through our doors enjoys the atmosphere and taste of Italian cooking we bring to Glasgow.

We happened on this lovely restaurant on a visit to Glasgow to meet up with my daughter. She was extremely pleased when we decided the menu and wine list was to our liking. We visited on a Thursday evening without a booking and the manager advised us that he could give us a table for three within fifteen minutes. I'm glad we waited as we were given a very nice table and served very promptly by the staff. We enjoyed three courses each and wine with our meal. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is very well set up. The décor is pleasing and the facilities are of a vey high standard.
