Had an overnight DBB deal with my daughter and our wee dug! Lovely welcoming hotel... comfy beds, complimentary, quality toiletries, ice delivered on request for a pre dinner drink in our room... all these wee things make for a good customer focussed experience! Dinner that night was delicious and a varied 3 course market menu. Breakfast was the usual stuff you would expect... no trouble if you wanted to order something that wasn’t included in the buffet. For us, the real bonus was being able to go to a hotel and not have to get the dog looked after! He had a great time too... in the bar at night, he particularly liked the sausage we brought back for him from the breakfast buffet! I wish more quality hotels were dog friendly! Will most definitely return!
