The staff are extremely accommodating. We hadn't booked and the restaurant was extremely busy early evening, but one of the staff squeezed us in. We had the mezze so that we could try a broad range of dishes. The food was fantastic and was easily the best meal we had during our stay in Edinburgh. Make sure that you book a table before your visit to this lovely city.
