We purchased sofas from Designer Rooms Prestwick. Within 3 days of having the items, arms became loose and the sofas creaked and squeaked due to the movement in them. 2 lots of Technicians later and we are still stuck with the same issue. Customer Services is not existent and they are not willing to replace or refund for the goods. We are Pursuing a Section 75 claim through our credit card company as Designer Rooms are refusing to assist us with the issue. Disgraceful treatment from a company who charge an over inflated price

I ordered bedroom furniture for my new house from The Designer Rooms in Ayr, which I didn’t realise. The staff really went above and beyond when I was ordering, I’m not normally one to leave reviews but they were upfront and honest about prices, delivery dates and talked us through the whole process. I’ve recommended the shop to friends and family because there really isn’t quality out there like it.
