Loon Fung

Established in 1971, Loon Fung has become one of Glasgows most popular destinations for Chinese food lovers. As an icon of traditional Cantonese cuisine, Loon Fung is proud to be part of Glasgows diverse Asian food scene, and among the many Chinese restaurants serving up high quality Cantonese fare. Loon means Dragon and Fung means Phoenix. It symbolises the harmonious energy of Heaven and Earth; therefore, it is the perfect place to embrace the relationship between people and food. Primarily, we focus on serving the most-loved traditional Cantonese dishes, including Roast Crispy Pork Belly, Honey Roast Pork (Char Sue) and Roast Duck. The gem of our offerings is our wide selection of Dim Sum, which are freshly prepared daily in our kitchen. We use only the freshest ingredients, including exotic vegetables and meat and all our seafood, including lobsters, seabass and scallops are caught by local fishermen.
