Ernest has been set up and run by artists, makers and designers. Most of us working at Ernest also create other stuff when we are not serving coffees and making food. Along with unique, quirky décor, we serves up some of the best brunch in the city. Our staff make Ernest what it is – we value their flair, style and hard graft enormously, and are proud to have the team that we do. You can find us at the top end of the Ouseburn Valley – we set up here because we had already worked in the area for 20 years. We love the space in the Ouseburn for creativity, independents and an altogether different offer from the city centre. That said, you can actually walk to Grey’s Monument in 8 minutes or Manors metro station in 5 minutes, and the bus is just a moment away, so we are not really very far from anywhere!
