Thoroughly enjoyed my spa deal here with my daughter. From start to finish staff were fantastic. We had a facial, which was very relaxing. The pool area is spacious with plenty of beds. Good sauna, steam room and power jets which I love to relax the shoulders. Jacuzzi is small but has jets at different heights. On the treatment floor there is a steam room and sauna but unfortunately weren’t working when we went. Heated tile beds are on this floor. A corridor takes you to the hotel, which is great when in robes and slippers. Rooms and facilities are great, comfy beds, kettle, iron, hairdryer, plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. Only improvement would be a bottle of water in the room. It was my birthday and a plate with happy birthday and chocolates was put in the room, a nice touch. Food was delicious, you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant staff are helpful and pleasant and go out of their way to help you. Buffet breakfast next morning was plentiful, hot and tasty. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We had the most amazing day celebrating our wedding at Formby Hall. All staff, from the reception team through to the events team were outstanding. The two Ann's from the events team were amazing, they helped emensley throughout the day to ensure everything went to plan. I would definitely recommend this venue to others.

Staff were wonderful...the room was fantastic overlooking the golf course and the food was delicious and very well presented.... Stayed overnight and had the spa treatments was really an excellent experience...thank you
