thoroughly modern interior, complete with bright,
airy rooms and exquisite spa facilities. As famed
for its leisure facilities as its plush guest rooms,
the complex includes the popular Seamill Hydro
Kids Club, while grown-ups are just as taken with
the HydroSpa with offers a range of advanced
therapies alongside a pool and gym. Sunday lunch
at the Orangery promises three courses for a fixed
price, with mature Scottish beef, seared fillet of
salmon and pan-fried sea bream just some of the
delicious ingredients to be served with locally-
sourced produce. Elsewhere, fresh, satisfying fare
can be enjoyed in Aura Lounge.

independence. The contemporary hotel has a
boutique feel to it; it’s a place where the welcome
you’re extended upon checking in runs right through
till the moment you depart. Rooms at The Gailes

set in, guests can retreat to The Zest Restaurant.
