THE ARCH INN
The Arch Inn is a charming
restaurant
nestled
by
the sea that’s perfect for
unwinding and savouring
a leisurely meal while
looking at the bay. It’s a
historic place that has
a deep connection with
the sea because it was
opened on the site of the
first building erected by
the British Fishing Society
200 years ago, back when
the city itself was being
established. You could
say that this is the original
inn of the town, used as
a store for fishermen and
fish curers. Situated on the
shores of Loch Broom, it
boasts majestic views of the
Fannich Hills while you tuck
into a series of traditional
seafood treats such as
fresh salmon, scallops and
Cullen skink while gazing
into the blue yonder. The
Arch Inn is ideal for families
too as it has a flexible
kids menu that ranges
from haddock to chicken
goujons. The bar itself is
well stocked with wines and
beers from the An Teallach
Brewery and has a patio
that overlooks the pebble
beach where you can relax
to your heart’s content.
