menu in this idyllic little spot
overlooking the beautiful
Summer Isles, a lovely
group of small islands that
are huddled together in Loch
Broom where scallops are
collected daily by fishermen
who dive for them. These
gourmet treats are on the
menu alongside a whole
range of seafood wonders
such as the Achiltibuie
dressed crab and a Lobster
Mac ’n’ Cheese. The fact
that Salt Seafood Kitchen
also serves langoustines
makes the menu very varied
indeed which is something
you won’t find in some
eateries. The food is served
by locally raised host Suzie
MacGregor who has trained
in the award-winning Kishorn
Seafood Bar, so expect the
very best to be delivered to
your table when you take
your family out for a special
seaside treat. The food
that’s served up originates
everywhere from Loch
Broom to the peninsular of
Coigach, where Norwegian
lobster, Dublin bay prawns
and razor clams are caught
and which are regarded as
some of the best quality
seafood in the world.
