The Brunswick Arms specialises in live folk and
country gigs and hearty food in a traditional pub
with wood furnishings. Food’s served every day
during the week from 12pm-7:30pm and there
are various themed nights including a quiz night
that kicks off at 9pm every Monday with cash
and beer prizes to be won. If you’re in for food,
you’re in for a wallet-friendly treat thanks to a cut-
price menu that includes such options as freshly
battered fish served with chips and side salad and
10oz gammon served with egg or pineapple chips
and side salad. There are homemade curries,
homemade chilli, lasagne, pies and sandwiches.
The Brunswick caters for birthdays and other
celebratory events, with private function room hire
available, and serves real ales straight from the
cask. It also exhibits local art, giving the pub a
homely feel that’s unmatched in Swansea.

Founded in 2007, The Coffee Tree serves
up a delicious range of freshly made to order
baguettes and sandwiches, cakes and hot
and cold drinks to take away. The baguettes
are baked in-store throughout the day and are
freshly filled to your specification whilst you
wait. The selection of sandwiches changes daily,
so it’s well worth checking the in-house menu
boards for daily specials and other offers. The
cafe’s founding principle was to cook using the
best quality ingredients available, using the
same food stuffs and techniques you would find
at home so that everything looks and tastes
genuinely homemade. The coffee has received
rave reviews across the board; even if you’re in
a hurry it’s worth grabbing a latte or cappuccino
to go. With fair prices, friendly service and
