Situated just five minutes from the University of
Dundee, Piccolo is a contemporary bistro and
restaurant with a warm and friendly ambience.
The menu takes its inspiration from Italy, but
also utilises local and seasonal produce to bring
Scottish fare to the table. For starters, enjoy a
traditional dish of bruschetta or a chorizo and
mozzarella crepe, and follow this with any one of
an array of dishes from their extensive main menu.
You’ll find pasta, crepes, and seafood as well as
meat dishes of all kinds: indulge in a pork fillet and
black pudding stack served in a mushroom and
white whine sauce, or go for a simple yet brilliant
chicken dish, served with lemon, garlic and
asparagus. As well as serving meals to smaller
groups and families, Piccolo is happy to welcome
