Forgan’s is an acclaimed St
Andrews eatery that’s open from
10am daily. The restaurant has
worked hard to develop strong
links with the local community,
which is borne out by the number
of locally sourced ingredients on
its menu. Local suppliers include
butcher Simon Howie and the
award-winning Barnett’s Bakery.
Aspiring to be far more than
just a restaurant, Forgan’s also
serves as a public bar, ceilidh
club and live music venue. It

including a monthly dining

early to sample the brunch
menu, which offers the simple
pleasures of filled rolls alongside
the more extravagant poached
eggs with warm muffin, spinach
and hollandaise sauce. The

assortment of steaks and chops,
