Stage Door Cafe
Stage Door Cafe is located in the centre of Ayr
adjoining Ayr Gaiety Theatre. Our central location
makes us very easy to find with exceptionally good
parking right beside our premises. The restaurant
opened its doors early 2013 and quickly established
itself as one of Ayr’s favourite restaurants with
customers coming back again and again. The
relaxed and informal environment makes it an ideal
location to meet up with friends for a meal or a pre-
theatre treat. All our members of staff are extremely
enthusiastic about food and very well acquainted
with our dishes and can assist with any questions
on our menu. We only source the very best and
freshest produce, and always attempt to use as
many local suppliers where we can. Every single
dish that leaves our kitchen is always beautifully
presented by our experienced chefs. We believe at
Stage Door we provide excellent value for money
with great quality food and generous portions.

At The Growler, we aim to provide quality healthy
food in cool quirky surroundings with an amazing
beer tower pouring 13 different beers. From out
there craft offerings to old favourites from all over
the planet in loads of different sizes so you have
room to try them all including 3 or 6 sample boards.
You can even take some home in your very own
Growler! We are about draught craft beer, top notch
classic cocktails, perfectly served craft spirits,
and comfy easy food. Burgers, Steaks, Lobsters
and Seafood to Noodles, Ramens and Superfood
Salads with artisan Bread and award winning Ice
Cream all served in our usual fast, friendly and
efficient manner. For organised functions we have
a long table with benches banquet style that can
seat up to 20 or a high square table that take up to
8 around which you can enjoy some really cracking
food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
