ADVENTURE CARRICK
Unit 4, 12 Ladywell Avenue,
Grangestone Industrial Estate, Girvan, KA26 9PF
01465 710077
For those who live for the call of the wild,
Adventure Carrick is quite a prospect. The club,
which specialises in mountaineering, canyoning,
archery, bushcraft and much more, is a breeding
ground for likeminded souls who enjoy nothing
more on a weekend than to leave the city lights
behind and head for the hills. Whether it involves
tubing down rapidly moving rivers, canyoning
down steep gullies or camping in the back of
beyond, Adventure Carrick is a facilitator of
outdoor pursuits of all kinds, from the extreme
to the sedate. It could be a simple camping trip
or it could be a team building exercise in which
everyone returns home soaked and exhausted but
elated and raring to do it all over again. Adventure
Carrick is all about encouraging Scottish outdoors
enthusiasts to live for the moment and to savour
the total freedom that comes from being on top of
the world.
