The Loft Restaurant can be found nestled in
the quaintly named Bridge of Tilt, by Pitlochry,
in the Cairngorm National Park. Scotland is
home to great quality produce, something The
Loft makes the most of by bringing locally
sourced ingredients from sea and land to table.
Every dish is freshly prepared, with chefs able
to accommodate your dietary requirements,
ensuring everyone can enjoy delicious and
creative cuisine during a visit here. Relax over
a leisurely lunch, dine a la carte for a romantic

children’s menu, bring the family for a weekly

Chez Roux
For the ultimate in luxurious fine dining, book a
table at celebrity chef Albert Roux’s restaurant.
Located in the opulent Cromlix Hotel and set
in a light-filled glass conservatory, Chez Roux
provides stunning views across the manicured
grounds. The dining room also enables you to
view the chefs’ artistry unfolding, with an open-
plan kitchen/dining design layout. Eating here
is an experience that need not be confined by
convention - if you prefer a more exclusive and
intimate experience, you can arrange bespoke
private dining in another area of the hotel, such as
the study, billiard room, or garden room. In-house
award-winning executive chef Darin Campbell is
at the helm, overseeing the seasonally changing
menus. Service runs from breakfast through to
a la carte and three-course menus, with lighter
meals and champagne afternoon teas available in
the lounge area.
