The Slug and Lettuce is a well known and well
regarded bar and restaurant chain, one that
combines fresh, affordable food with a good
range of beers, wines and spirits. Established
in 1985, the British pub chain has two
premises in Edinburgh, one on George Street
and the other in the Omni Centre at the top of
Leith Walk. For those big nights on the town,
the Slug and Lettuce is also a prime staging

food menu at the Slug is packed with simple

Known on the gig circuit as one of the leading
venues for live music and DJs in the UK, The
Liquid Room has played host to some big
names since its inception in 1997. The Black
Eyed Peas, Calvin Harris, Coolio, De La Soul,
Franz Ferdinand, Dizzee Rascal, Kaiser Chiefs,
Kasabian, Royksopp, Noah and the Whale and
Snow Patrol are just a few of the acts who have
appeared at the club in the past 10 years. The
state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems help
attract high-calibre bands from across musical
