Spanish Butcher has a chic New York loft vibe to
it, ensuring that the decor is every bit as arresting
as the food. Start your meal with something light
like grilled Spanish octopus or sauteed Girolle
mushroom with poached hen’s egg before
moving on to a main course of pan-seared hake
or cauliflower ‘steak’ – perhaps there is space
for vegetarians at The Spanish Butcher after all.

charred monkfish on the bone for two or the rubio
