Nivens is the most recent
addition to the long standing
and highly successful Cafe
Source family. The site was
once a motor garage, but has
now taken on a culinary role,
serving food with flair. The bijou
eatery in the Pollokshields
region of the city, offers hearty
brunch dishes and appetising
evening menus. Each dish
is attractively presented and
made using only the best
ethically-sourced local cuisine.
Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast
including
black
pudding,
lorne sausage, eggs, bacon,
homemade tattie scone and
fresh sourdough bread, or opt
for slow-cooked harissa lamb,
sticky Asian pork salad, cullen
skink or brioche French toast -
just some of the morning and
afternoon options. Main meals
include a large vegan range
such as cumin fried padron
peppers with sumac and lemon
breadcrumbs, or for meat
eaters: braised ox cheeks and
haggis or pork belly. If you’re
seeking a lighter refreshment,
