Fahrenheit is a stylish, city
centre restaurant in the heart
of Genting Club Manchester,

the Genting Casino, 110
Portland Street, just around
the corner from St Peters
Square, the Town Hall, Palace
Theatre

Fahrenheit takes its name from
the revolutionary way the food
is cooked at 2500°F, using an
enclosed Josper Grill. This
distinctive style of cooking,
utilising the heat produced by
the charcoal, maintains a high
cooking temperature of 1000°F
which greatly influences and
enhances the flavour of the
dishes. All the steaks and some
selected dishes are cooked
in the Josper Charcoal Oven
and, as such, are infused with
a unique smoky BBQ flavour.
